During the General Assembly of 8 March 2009 to TRAYES was adopted the following items :
- Approval of the A. G. 2 March 2008 to Parthenay
- The report moral and financial 2008
- The record of actions undertaken
- and the various Questions
- to save traditional country houses
- to maintain traditional regional features
- to respectfully restore an old building using natural and modern materials
- to promote good quality contemporary architecture in keeping with the site
- to protect the natural setting of buildings
To make members aware of these objectives, the Association organises various get-togethers:
Outings to discover various localities, including a meal taken with other members.
Workshops where demonstrations are given about traditional methods or new techniques
Visits to neighbouring areas with other local branches
It participates in annual events: fairs, “brocantes”, seminars, heritage days etc….
Experienced members of the Association can pay you a visit to clear up certain points, but they can never replace a master craftsman, or you may be entitled to a grant.
